Black Love
“Black Love” is a series of works inspired by the beauty and joy of movement and my joy in doing black-and-white painting compositions. Our ability to move is a celebration of life in motion and a celebration of being alive. This series was originally inspired by the winter season here in Ottawa, Ontario when everything I see around in nature covered in snow just turns into black and white, like in painting it starting all over again to make a new one. I find that amazingly beautiful.
